We can leave the food at a reception at your request. Our rider will send you a photo of the meal (with a location and time-stamp) as proof of delivery. The meals dropped off at requested areas will be left at your own risk.
To arrange for meal drop-offs at the reception, simply: Submit a support request. Specify if the delivery request is for a single order, or all meals ordered. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email that the rider has been notified of your instructions.
TOP TIP: If you are likely to be busy or often can't come down straight away let us know and we can deliver to reception every day so you can come down at your convenience. You'll still get the arrival push notification message to let you know its arriving
