Yes. You can change your address
- We recommend notifying us of any delivery address changes at least 2-3 hours before your food is due to have been delivered.
- If you notify us of an address change at the last minute it may not be possible to make the change
- Please let us know if you are changing the billing address or the delivery address or both
- The delivery address is where we deliver the food, the billing address is where we send an invoice if you require it.
To change your address:
- Contact us via chat (Profile > Help > Contact Us > Chat)
- Provide us your name, email address, and order number
- Let us know the new delivery address
- Once we have updated the address in our system we will let you know that the delivery will now be sent to the new address
