Yes. You can change your address

  • We recommend notifying us of any delivery address changes at least 2-3 hours before your food is due to have been delivered.
  • If you notify us of an address change at the last minute it may not be possible to make the change 
  • Please let us know if you are changing the billing address or the delivery address or both
  • The delivery address is where we deliver the food, the billing address is where we send an invoice if you require it.

To change your address:

  1. Contact us via chat (Profile > Help > Contact Us > Chat)
  2. Provide us your name, email address, and order number
  3. Let us know the new delivery address
  4. Once we have updated the address in our system we will let you know that the delivery will now be sent to the new address
