We apologise if our rider didn't. We try to prepare them with enough change for all deliveries. Riders usually have change for RM50, but not RM100.

If your rider doesn't have change, you don't have to overpay. We'll send you bank details for an online transfer instead.

All you need to do is submit a 'Help' ticket to our friendly Customer Service Heroes. Key in your order number, let us know what happened and we'll send you details to bank-in your payment.
