If you're using the dahmakan mobile app, you'll get in-app notifications of your rider's ETA based on GPS tracking.
Please note that there may be some delay for the app to reflect the live location of the rider for the delivery. This is usually affected by factors such as the rider's own phone GPS function and connectivity.
You'll also receive a dispatch SMS update on your mobile phone. We'll send an SMS 10 minutes ahead of your rider's arrival, along with your rider's contact number. Depending on your delivery request, you may receive a call to meet your rider at the lobby.
