Life has got a way of interfering with our plans doesn't it?
Don't fret, if you have ordered in advance, you can cancel your order 1 hour before your selected time-frame . You can also cancel deliveries for the next day or any future date.
To do this simply open the app:
- Go to profile
- Tap on orders
- Tap on the order that you want to cancel
- At the payment section, tap see details
- Tap on Cancel order
- Confirm that you want to cancel
We usually give you credit in return for your next meal, but feel free to ask if you would rather get a refund.
If we have already started preparing your meal, it is not possible to cancel your order.
